The Cal Coast Track Club includes runners of all ages and abilities and provides a venue to learn the joys of running in a family environment with a path to fitness, fun and friendship.

Cal Coast provides training programs designed for runners of all abilities from the world class athlete, to the recreational runner, to first time 5K hopefuls. Please join us at one of our three weekly training sessions and try us out.

We have been around since 1982. If you see our "tent" at one of the local races please introduce yourself and say Hi!


Open to ages 18 and up.


Cal Coast Track Club trains year-round in sunny Southern California.

Tuesday Evening Threshold Run

Turtle Rock Community Park (1 Sunnyhill, Irvine)

5:30pm Warm Up

6:00pm Workout Starts   

Thursday Evening Tempo Training

Vista Point Monument (corner of Eastbluff and Back Bay Dr)

5:30pm Start

Saturday Morning Distance Training

Corona Del Mar High School

 7:00am Start


All registered members will receive a Cal Coast racing singlet.
